Well, today was our weigh in. My husband lost 4 and I lost a pound. It obviously isn't fair that men seem to always lose a lot more (especially when he was sick and didn't work out at all) but I'm going to be grateful that I've lost thus far. I was really terrified that pregnancy had messed up my metabolism and that Jenny Craig wouldn't work this time. So, thank goodness for a pound a week. If I keep losing, hopefully, I will be back to normal by late spring...at least I hope so! Haha I was joking with Jenny Craig staff that wouldn't it be great if I lost it all and then my whole family could do a commercial together! ;) My goal this week is to lose another pound and stay focused on working out every other day. The holidays are always tough so don't beat yourself up about what you've been eating - just try your best and exercise accordingly.
TUESDAY
Breakfast -

JC Banana Nut Loaf
Lunch -
Carrots
JC Turkey Cranberry Salad, 5 whole wheat crackers, and cinnamon applesauce
Sugar-free jello
Snack -
Apple

Broccoli with 1 tbsp. margarine

JC Chocolate Chip Cookie
